JOB OVERVIEW

’m looking for a reliable full-time Virtual Assistant / Appointment Setter to join my life insurance business.

Your main responsibility will be calling leads, following up by text, and booking qualified appointments on my calendar.

Responsibilities:

Make a high volume of outbound calls to leads provided
Follow our calling script
Qualify interested prospects
Book appointments directly on my calendar
Send and respond to text messages with leads/clients
Follow up with prospects through calls and texts
Confirm upcoming appointments by text
Reschedule missed appointments when appropriate
Maintain professional communication with clients
Update lead statuses, notes, and appointments in our CRM
Consistently follow up with older leads

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English
Confident and comfortable on the phone
Strong texting/written communication skills
Previous cold-calling, telemarketing, sales, or appointment-setting experience preferred
Able to handle objections and keep conversations moving
Reliable internet connection
Quiet workspace
Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time
Reliable, coachable, organized, and consistent
Life insurance experience is a PLUS, but not required

Schedule: Full-Time — 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday

Pay: $3–$5 USD/hour depending on experience

Bonuses: Performance bonuses available based on qualified appointments and results.

I provide the leads, scripts, dialer, CRM, texting system, and training.
