We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn competitor research into high-converting ad concepts + scripts.

The Role

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist who can consistently develop winning ad concepts based on competitor analysis and market insights.

This is a long-term, remote role where you’ll work directly with the founders and play a key role in discovering new angles that scale.

What You’ll Do
Analyze competitors, ad libraries, and market trends
Break down winning creatives and identify patterns
Develop new ad concepts based on proven frameworks
Write full scripts (we’ll provide context & product insights) (CLAUD EXPERIENCE IS A MUST)
Create multiple concepts per week ready for production
Direct and guide video editors to execute your concepts
Take full ownership of creative performance
Continuously iterate based on performance data
You Need
Proven experience in direct response marketing / DTC ads
Strong portfolio with winning concepts or scripts
Deep understanding of hooks, angles, and buyer psychology
Ability to translate research into scalable ideas
Ownership mindset — you don’t wait, you lead
Strong English writing skills
