JOB OVERVIEW

Help scale brands. Own performance. Drive real revenue.

GTE is a fast-growing global eCommerce company where great ideas don’t sit in slides — they turn into real, measurable growth. We build and scale online brands across international markets, and our tea ---------- mbers take real ownership, grow fast, and help shape the future of the company.

We’re now looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Media Buyer to help take our main revenue channel to the next level.

Why This Role Matters

Google Ads drives around 90% of our total company revenue. That means your work won’t just “support marketing”, it will directly influence the growth of the entire business.

This role is perfect for someone who loves improving systems, scaling performance, and turning data into smarter decisions. You won’t just manage campaigns, you’ll help evolve the way we run Google Ads.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
From day one, you’ll have real ownership. Within your first 90 days, success in this role will mean:
- Developing and rolling out a new or significantly improved Google Ads strategy
- Restructuring and optimizing Google Shopping campaigns for stronger scalability and efficiency
- Driving measurable performance improvements, targeting a 20%+ increase in revenue from Google Ads
- Using performance data to continuously refine bidding strategies, campaign structure, and product feed performance
- Your goal is simple: turn ad spend into scalable, profitable growth.

We’re excited to work with someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media buying
- Has direct experience running Google Shopping campaigns for large eCommerce catalogs (10,000+ products)
- Has managed high-budget ad accounts ($300K+ per month)
- Is highly proficient in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
- Ideally has experience with Google CSS Labelizer
- Thinks analytically and uses data to drive decisions, not guesswork
- Enjoys testing, optimizing, and uncovering performance opportunities others might miss
- Is comfortable taking full ownership of results and being accountable for revenue impact

Hiring Process
As part of our process, shortlisted candidates will complete a 19-minute Google Ads knowledge assessment. This helps us understand your hands-on expertise before moving forward to the HR interview stage.
