We’re on the lookout for an Email Marketer to drive high-performing campaigns and automated flows that turn browsers into buyers across our Shopify stores.

The Challenge
We’re on the lookout for an Email Marketer to drive high-performing campaigns and automated flows that turn browsers into buyers across our Shopify stores. You'll own our entire email marketing function — from strategy and setup to creative execution and performance analysis. Your mission? Manage flows, launch campaigns, and increase revenue from email by at least 5% within your first 90 days. You’ll play a key role in how we communicate, convert, and retain our customers.

A Day in the life of an Email Marketer at GTE
-You’ll manage email marketing end-to-end across all stores, from automated flows to single campaigns.
-You’ll initiate SMS and WhatsApp marketing, adding new channels to engage our customers.
-You’ll run A/B tests to continuously optimize subject lines, content, timing, and design for the best results.
-You’ll report on campaign performance, tracking key metrics to measure impact and guide improvements.
-You’ll own and manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are timely, relevant, and aligned with store activities.

Early Success Milestones for this role
-Email flow revenue reaches 10% of total store revenue within the first 90 days
-Returning customer rate grows to 5% for selected stores
-Timely testing and reporting on SMS, WhatsApp and in-app notifiications
-Campaigns and flows are running consistently and optimized for performance
-Pilot in-app notification campaigns

We would love to hear from you if…
-You have at least 3 years of experience in email marketing within the Fashion or Home industry, particularly across Europe or the USA.
-You have proven experience working with Klaviyo and Shopify
-You bring extra value with experience in SMS marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or in-app push notifications (a big plus!).
-You are skilled in creating both strategic and tactical email plans
-You have a data-driven mindset; you know how to measure and improve performance
-You take full ownership of your work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely want to see your efforts succeed.

Couple of the notes about the role
-This role is an Independent Contractor position, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to manage your own schedule.
-You must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
-We require everybody in the team to use Hubstaff ( ---------- ) to track hours worked.

Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis — we’re open to reviewing rates based on experience and expertise.
