JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, sharp, and reliable Executive Personal Assistant to support a fast-paced entrepreneur running multiple businesses.

???? OBJECTIVE

We need someone who can:

Take pressure off daily operations

Handle tasks quickly, efficiently, and without excuses

Keep everything organized, scheduled, and moving forward

Be available and responsive when needed

???? ROLE

Book flights, hotels, and travel arrangements ??

Schedule doctor appointments, meetings, and calls

Manage calendar and daily schedule

Follow up with people (VERY IMPORTANT)

Research and find solutions quickly

Handle tasks and requests immediately

Keep everything organized and on track

???? REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)

Must have experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant

Must be:

Extremely organized

Fast and responsive

Detail-oriented

Must have strong communication skills

Must be patient and calm under pressure

Must be a problem solver (MANDATORY)

Must be able to figure things out without constant direction

Must be available and flexible (around the clock when needed)
