Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Disputes Team Lead to manage and optimize our dispute and chargeback operations across multiple payment platforms. You will lead a high-performing team, analyze trends, implement efficient workflows, and ensure operational excellence. You will play a critical role in reducing financial loss, maintaining healthy payment operations, and proactively identifying trends in disputes and chargebacks.

Who We’re Looking For
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with numbers, metrics, and financial data.
-Proven experience in dispute management, chargebacks, payment operations, or related risk functions.
-Ability to monitor dispute escalations, root causes, and recurring patterns to implement corrective action plans.
-Experience building or optimizing SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.
-Deep understanding of dispute and chargeback rules, timelines, and evidentiary standards.
-Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing operations team.
-Experience managing high-volume dispute environments is preferred.
-Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

-Full-time commitment: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Compensation
We pay on an hourly basis — we’re open to reviewing rates based on experience and expertise. This role may have performance incentives.
