JOB OVERVIEW

Relay Autos is hiring remote sales reps to sell into automotive dealerships across the U.S.

This role is not one-dimensional. You will be executing two distinct sales angles:

Selling directly to dealership owners and managers
Selling to individual car salespeople inside dealerships

You will be provided with cold leads and expected to manage the full sales cycle — from first call to close.

If you cannot handle high call volume, adapt your pitch based on who you’re speaking to, and take full ownership of results, this role is not a fit.

What You’ll Be Doing
Make high-volume outbound calls to dealerships across the U.S.
Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
Pitch two different offers depending on the contact:
Dealership-level solution (owners, GMs, managers)
Individual-level solution (car sales reps)
Run demos and close deals
Follow up consistently until deal is closed or disqualified
Manage pipeline and activity inside CRM
Adapt in real-time based on conversation and dealership type
Compensation
Base pay (varies based on experience)
High commission on every deal closed
Residual monthly income on accounts
Uncapped earnings
Requirements
Proven cold calling experience
Ability to handle 100–200+ dials per day
Strong communication and objection handling
Ability to switch between two sales angles fluidly
Self-managed, disciplined, and competitive
Comfortable speaking with business owners and salespeople
