JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a highly skilled video editor to work with me on an ongoing basis editing short-form videos for social media and paid ads.

Most videos will be around 30–90 seconds long.

I’ll provide the raw footage, scripts/voiceovers where needed, and plenty of B-roll/content for you to work with.

TYPES OF VIDEOS
Day-in-the-life / lifestyle videos with voiceovers
Selfie / talking-to-camera videos
Short-form ad creatives
Videos combining talking footage + B-roll
Reels/TikTok-style content
WHAT I NEED

You need to be VERY good at short-form editing.

This includes:

Strong hooks in the first few seconds
Fast, clean pacing
Professional captions/subtitles
Good use of B-roll
Clean cuts, zooms and transitions
Sound effects/music where appropriate
Colour correction/grading
Cropping/reframing footage properly
Understanding how to keep people watching
Making raw footage feel like a polished, high-quality ad

I am NOT looking for basic/template editing.

The finished videos need to look professional and feel like something produced by a high-level content team.

WORKLOAD

I need multiple videos edited every day, so there is plenty of ongoing work available for the right person.

You must be reliable, communicate well and be capable of reasonably fast turnaround times.
