JOB OVERVIEW

Buttercloth is looking for a full-time AI Video Creator with advanced experience using Higgsfield AI to produce engaging, realistic, and performance-driven video content.

This role will focus primarily on creating AI-generated UGC-style videos for social media and paid advertising. We are looking for someone who understands how to make AI content feel natural, authentic, visually compelling, and native to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Higgsfield AI, understands short-form content, and can consistently produce a high volume of polished creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality AI-generated UGC videos using Higgsfield AI
Develop realistic AI creators, product demonstrations, lifestyle scenes, and spokesperson-style content
Turn scripts, concepts, and creative references into complete video advertisements
Produce strong opening hooks designed to capture attention within the first few seconds
Create multiple variations of successful concepts for creative testing
Ensure videos feel authentic and engaging rather than overly promotional
Add appropriate voiceovers, captions, music, transitions, and visual effects
Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to execute new concepts
Make revisions based on creative feedback and advertising performance
Stay current with new Higgsfield AI features, AI video workflows, and emerging creative trends

Qualifications
Proven experience creating professional videos with Higgsfield AI
A strong portfolio of AI-generated UGC or advertising content
Excellent understanding of short-form video pacing, hooks, storytelling, and viewer retention
Ability to create realistic human movement, product interactions, environments, and dialogue
Experience with video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify visual inconsistencies in AI-generated content
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet weekly production deadlines
Comfortable receiving feedback and producing revisions efficiently
Experience creating content for ecommerce, fashion, or direct-to-consumer brands is preferred
