The Role
Manage high-stakes logistics and guest happiness for a Florida-based vacation rental agency. You will follow strict SOPs to ensure 100?curacy in every guest interaction and property task.
Key Tasks
* Omnichannel Comms: Handle inquiries via Airbnb, Vrbo,
* Voice Support: Answer incoming guest calls professionally using Google Voice.
* Logistics: Create 3-day cleaning schedule reports and manage community check-in applications.
* Parking & Payments: Calculate $25/night parking fees and request payments via Cloudbeds or Airbnb.
* Growth Research: Scout new condo communities and review new property listings.
* Reviews: Evaluate stays and post 5-star reviews for "Good" guests.
Requirements
* Fluent English (Spanish is a major bonus).
* High-speed internet for reliable voice calls
* Extreme attention to detail and the ability to strictly follow SOPs.
Compensation
* Weeks 1–2: $2.00/hr
* Weeks 3–4: $2.50/hr
* Month 2: $3.00/hr
* Month 3+: $3.50/hr
