Who We Are
INDY GUIDE is a Swiss travel platform that connects adventurous travelers with local guides, drivers, and tour operators in destinations most people have never heard of — think Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and the Silk Road.
We have 2,500+ local hosts across Central Asia, the Caucasus, and beyond. Our travelers are independent, curious people planning trips that are anything but ordinary.
We are a small, remote team. You won't be a number here — you'll be the person our travelers and hosts interact with every day.

What You'll Actually Do
1. Be the bridge between travelers and hosts
Travelers message us on WhatsApp, email, Instagram, and through our platform when they're planning a trip to places like the Pamir Highway or the Gobi Desert. You'll respond to their questions, help them find the right host, and make sure conversations between travelers and hosts go smoothly.
When something goes wrong during a trip (a cancellation, a misunderstanding, a delayed driver), you're the person who steps in to coordinate a solution.
2. Manage our inbox across all channels

Email
, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and platfor ---------- ssages — you'll keep everything organized and make sure nobody waits more than a few hours for a response during your shift.
3. Grow our Instagram presence
We need someone who doesn't just post pretty pictures but actually engages — commenting on travel accounts, responding to DMs, starting conversations with potential travelers, and posting daily content (a mix of Reels, Stories, and grid posts). You'll use Canva for design and help us turn followers into actual bookings.

Who We're Looking For
This role is right for you if:

You've done customer support or community management before (Airbnb, travel, or hospitality experience is a big plus — but not required)
Your written English is strong enough that a native speaker wouldn't notice a difference
You're comfortable juggling WhatsApp, email, and Instagram at the same time without losing track of conversations
You know your way around Canva and Instagram (Reels, Stories, engagement strategies)
You can handle a frustrated traveler with patience and warmth — no scripts, just genuine problem-solving
You have reliable internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a backup power solution for brownouts
