Guest Experience, Revenue & Operations
We are looking for a reliable, highly organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our boutique hospitality company with guest experience, revenue-related administration, team coordination, and daily operations.
This is not a role for someone who simply waits for tasks to be assigned. We are looking for someone who understands the broader goals of the business, thinks several steps ahead, identifies what needs to happen next, and creates a clear plan to move work forward.
The right person will take ownership, anticipate needs, solve problems creatively, and help build systems that make the business more efficient and easier to manage.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional, thoughtful guest support and help create an exceptional guest experience.
* Respond to guest needs with empathy, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail.
* Assist with revenue-related administrative tasks and identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and follow-through.
* Support daily operations, team coordination, and people-management needs.
* Ensure all assigned and recurring responsibilities are completed accurately before signing off.
* Review your own work carefully and catch typos, inconsistencies, missing information, and overlooked details.
* Anticipate the needs of guests, clients, tea
* Take initiative rather than waiting for every task to be assigned.
* Understand the larger goals of the business and translate those goals into organized, actionable plans.
* Identify next steps, potential obstacles, and opportunities for improvement.
* Be a creative, resourceful problem-solver who can think beyond standard procedures when challenges arise.
* Anticipate potential problems and address them before they disrupt guests, the team, or daily operations.
* Identify recurring issues and create clear, practical systems that are easy for the team to understand and follow.
* Improve processes so the business becomes more organized, efficient, and less dependent on constant oversight.
* Take ownership of outcomes, not just individual tasks.
* Follow projects through from idea to planning, execution, and completion.

* Understand the difference between completing a task and achieving a result.
* Can organize an idea into a clear plan with priorities, deadlines, and next steps.
* Stay calm and resourceful when unexpected issues arise.
* Make thoughtful decisions and know when to ask for guidance.
* Communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully.
