We're a fast-growing B2B SaaS company looking for a full-time Growth Video Editor to create high-performing Meta ad creatives. Your main job is sourcing viral/trending content from TikTok and editing it into scroll-stopping ad creatives that drive results on
This is an execution role — we'll provide creative direction and briefs, you produce the ads.
What You'll Do:
- Source trending and relevant video content from TikTok daily
- Edit and repurpose TikTok videos into Meta ad creatives (different hooks, formats, lengths)
- Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing (different hooks, CTAs, text overlays)
- Add captions, text overlays, transitions, and branded elements
- Resize and format videos for different Meta ad placements (Feed, Stories, Reels)
- Deliver a consistent volume of fresh creatives weekly (target: 15-20 ad variations/week)
- Organize and maintain a creative asset library
You're a Great Fit If You Have:
- 1+ years of experience editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Meta ads)
- Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Strong eye for what makes content engaging — hooks, pacing, text placement
- Understanding of Meta ad formats and specs (aspect ratios, safe zones, length best practices)
- Ability to turn around edits quickly — we move fast and test a lot
- Familiarity with TikTok trends, formats, and what's currently working in paid social
Bonus Points:
- Experience editing Meta/Facebook ad creatives specifically
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, CapCut templates)
- Understanding of direct response advertising (hooks that stop the scroll, CTAs that convert)
- Experience with thumbnail creation
