JOB OVERVIEW

Perfect Growth Agency is a digital marketing agency running paid
acquisition for service businesses in North America. We are hiring ONE
full-time Growth Strategist to take ownership of ad performance across
our existing client accounts.

This is a thinking role, not a button-pushing role. You will not be
handed a complete brief and told what to build. You will be given a
client, an account, and a goal, and we expect you to dig in, ask sharp
questions, and come back with a plan.

ABOUT THE SCHEDULE (please read before applying)

This role runs on US Eastern Time, which means working nights in the
Philippines. We would rather be upfront about this than have you find
out in month two. If a night schedule does not work for your life
right now, please skip this one, no hard feelings.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Write the ad copy and the landing page copy. This is a major part of
the job, not a side duty
- Learn our existing client accounts deeply: their customers, their
offers, what has been tested, what is working and what is fading
- Report weekly per client. Not a numbers dump, a clear story: what we
tested, what we learned, what is next
- Propose and run the next moves: new angles, new hooks, new creative,
budget and structure changes
- Concept the creative, then brief our video editors and AI design
tools clearly enough that they get it right first time
- Build landing pages using AI tools, and diagnose why a page is not
converting
- Make the daily Meta ads calls: kill, scale, or iterate

YOU ARE A FIT IF

- You write direct response copy. Not "I can write" but: you
understand awareness levels, you can take a rough draft or AI output
and pull it up to a standard, and you can explain what you changed
and why
- You have 2+ years hands-on Meta ads experience with real budget, and
can walk through an account you personally ran and defend every
decision you made
- You have written and built landing pages and understand what makes
them convert
- You use AI daily as a real part of how you work, not as a novelty
- You ask WHY before HOW. The how you can research and figure out. The
why you push on
- You communicate clearly in writing and on video

NOT IN THIS ROLE

GoHighLevel builds, video editing, sales calls, client account
management. We have people for those. Your job is thinking, writing,
testing, and performance.

SALARY AND GROWTH

USD 800 to 1000 per month to start, depending on experience.

Reviewed at 3 months with a clear path to USD 1400+ based on results.

Paid on time, every time. Weekends off. This is a long-term role and
we are hiring someone to grow into a lead seat as we scale, not a
short-term contractor.

your work is not public, send what you have and tell us the context.

Then answer these three, briefly:

1. One Meta account you personally ran: the niche, roughly the monthly
ad spend, and your best result
2. The best performing hook you ever wrote, and why you think it worked
3. Tell us about a campaign you d ---------- to kill. What did you see, and
how long did you wait before pulling it?

Short answers are fine. We are reading for how you think, not how much
you write. We read the copy before we read the CV.

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to record a short Loom video
walking through one real campaign they ran.
