About Midnight Atlas
Midnight Atlas is a US-incorporated consumer brand operator building category-defining brands in the wellness and sleep space. Our flagship sleep and recovery supplement brand launches in the US in June 2026. Fully remote, founder-led, and built for serious growth.

The Role
This is the growth engine of the brand. You will own every channel that brings people into our ecosystem — influencer seeding, creator relationships, affiliate management, TikTok Shop, press outreach, LinkedIn partnerships, and YouTube publishing.
You're building this from zero. No existing creator list. No affiliate programme already running. No media relationships established. You build all of it and own it completely.
This role rewards people who are organised, persistent, commercially sharp, and genuinely excited by building brand ---------- ntum from scratch.

What You'll Own
Influencer & Creator

Influencer seeding — list building, tiering, outreach, gifting coordination, tracking, follow-up
Creator relationship management — ongoing communication, content briefing, performance monitoring
UGC coordination — briefing creators, collecting assets, feeding into creative pipeline

Affiliate Programme

SocialSnowball — full programme management, affiliate onboarding, link and discount code management, commission tracking, performance reporting
Investor community management — responding to comments and questions from our crowdfunding community

TikTok Shop

Full TikTok Shop setup and management
Creator sourcing for TikTok Shop
Boosting coordination
Weekly TikTok Shop performance reporting

Outreach & Partnerships

LinkedIn outreach — drafting and sending from founder's account for seeding and brand partnerships
Clay — creator and prospect enrichment
HeyReach — LinkedIn outreach sequencing and management

Press & PR

Media list building — sleep, wellness, and biohacking publications and podcasts
Press kit management
Regular outreach cadence to journalists, editors, and podcast hosts
Tracking coverage and inbound press enquiries

Reporting

Weekly paid media performance summary — Meta, Google, TikTok into clean founder dashboard
Weekly growth dashboard — creator pipeline, affiliate performance, TikTok Shop metrics, press outreach status

You Are

A natural relationship builder — comfortable reaching out cold and following up without being pushy
Highly organised — dozens of creator relationships on the go and nothing falls through the cracks
Data literate — you track everything, report clearly, know what good looks like
Proactive — you bring creator ideas and partnership opportunities without being asked
A sharp written communicator — your outreach copy is personal, concise, and gets replies
Commercially minded — outreach exists to drive revenue, not vanity metrics

Must-Have Skills

Proven influencer or affiliate outreach experience — show us a campaign you ran with results
Strong written English
TikTok platform fluency — TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred
Data competency — pull from multiple sources, present reporting cleanly
Experience with Western DTC or lifestyle brands

Nice to Have

SocialSnowball or affiliate platform experience
Clay or prospect enrichment tool experience
HeyReach or LinkedIn sequencing experience
PR or media outreach experience
YouTube publishing experience

The Culture
We're not looking for someone to fill a seat. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with a brand from zero to something significant — and be rewarded for it.
This is a long-term role. We're thinking 5+ years, not 5 months. If you're the right person, you'll have more responsibility, higher pay, and genuine ownership over something that matters.
The founder is based in Bali and runs the business remotely. He visits the team in person. He's accessible, direct, and genuinely invested in the people he works with.
We operate with high trust and zero micromanagement. You'll be expected to take initiative, flag problems before they become crises, and bring ideas without being asked. If you need to be told what to do every day, this isn't the right fit.
We use AI tools across the entire team. Claude and role-specific tools are all provided. We expect you to embrace them, learn them fast, and use them to multiply your output.
Compensation includes a 6-monthly salary review tied to brand performance, an annual team bonus pool, and an annual team trip.
