Growth Operator to Founder
Remote | Full-Time | U.S. Pacific Time Hours

We're a fast-growing health food subscription company. We grow it, deliver it same day, and we're building something no one else in this space is doing. We're hiring one person — a sharp, charismatic operator to sit next to the founder and own retention, recruitment, and revenue.

This is not a backend admin role. This is not scripted support. The core of this job is getting on calls, building relationships, and making sure no opportunity dies from weak follow-up.

For the right person, this grows into a full right-hand operator role.

What You'll Do
Reach out to restaurants, chefs, partners, and affiliates
Source, screen, and manage hiring pipelines
Follow up relentlessly across phone, text, email, and voice notes
Keep the CRM tight — notes, next steps, pipeline movement
Retain at-risk customers and reactivate lapsed ones
Support the founder with calendar, inbox, and task triage as the role grows

Who You Are
Neutral American accent — you should sound like you're based in the US on every call
Exceptionally strong spoken and written English
Warm, confident, persuasive, and polished on camera and phone
Naturally proactive — you follow up without being told
Comfortable on Zoom, Loom, and voice notes
Good at handling objections and building rapport fast
Comfortable using AI tools and CRM systems to move quickly
Available full-time during U.S. Pacific Time hours

Compensation
$2,000–$2,400/month base depending on experience, plus performance bonuses. Strong performers will earn $5,000+/month total.
