## This is NOT a task-based role

This is an **ownership role**.

You will be responsible for ensuring that execution moves forward without constant supervision across creators, operations, and client communication.

If you prefer clear step-by-step instructions for everything, this role is not for you.

## What You’ll Own

- Oversee TikTok Shop creator seeding & campaign execution
- Ensure creators are contacted, onboarded, and posting consistently
- Manage freelancers / VAs and assign tasks when needed
- Own client communication (updates, emails, basic calls)
- Identify problems and fix them without waiting for instructions
- Improve workflows and SOPs over time

- Creators are consistently producing content
- Campaigns are moving without bottlenecks
- Clients feel confident and informed
- Systems are becoming more efficient over time

## What We’re Looking For

- You take ownership even when things are unclear
- You can make decisions without constant approval
- You’ve managed projects, clients, or operations before
- You communicate clearly and calmly
- You care about outcomes, not just completing tasks
- You have strong written and spoken English communication skills
- You are a self-starter who can solve problems and make decisions independently

## Experience & Background

- Experience in e-commerce or social media platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopify, or Meta Ads is strongly preferred
- If you don’t have direct experience, you must be able to learn quickly and apply new information without being guided step-by-step
- You have worked in environments where you had to figure things out independently (startup, agency, freelance, or similar)

## What This Role Includes

This is an early-stage role.

You will:

- handle both execution and oversight
- occasionally do hands-on tasks (setup, coordination, etc.)
- work in an environment where not everything is perfectly structured yet

This will evolve into a more strategic/management role as the company grows.
