I am hiring a Specialist work with me, the Founder, to serve as my strategic Right Hand across three core functions: social media content creation and management, lead generation and outreach, and operations and pipeline management. What You'll Be Doing
Social Media Content Creation and Management
Create original, high authority content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X that positions TTC as the go-to
Develop content that educates brand owners on the power of
Manage the full content workflow including content creation, approval submissions, scheduling, and publishing across all platforms.
Monitor engagement, comments, and inbound signals to identify potential leads and warm prospects.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar across all platforms.
Lead Generation and Outreach
Identify and research qualified prospects matching TTC's ideal client profile: B2C and DTC brand owners generating $25,000 to $100,000+ per month with an underperforming or dormant
Execute personalized outreach across all social media platforms with the goal of opening genuine conversations, not pitching services.
Initiate outreach by leading with a specific, credible observation about the prospect's brand that speaks directly to their revenue gap.
Move qualified prospects through the pipeline from first contact to booked discovery call.
Support a target of 8 to 12 qualified discovery calls per month at full capacity.
Pipeline Management and Operations
Maintain accurate and up to date pipeline records in ClickUp so every prospect's status is visible and nothing falls through the cracks.
Provide weekly performance summaries covering content engagement, outreach activity, pipeline status, and any flags that need immediate attention.
Manage the content calendar and ensure all deadlines are met consistently.
Use Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Notion to keep internal operations running cleanly and efficiently.
Working Hours & Requirements
Core Hours: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time. These are your active working hours. You are expected to be producing and reachable during this window every scheduled day.
Availability Window: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time. This broader window covers scheduling flexibility, check-ins, and time-sensitive communication.
Commitment: This role is a 10 to 12 hour per week position. During the first month of onboarding hours start at 5 to 6 per week and build by approximately 2 hours per week based on performance and output. Strong performers move through the onboarding period faster and reach full hours sooner.
This role grows as you grow. The more results you drive for TTC the more hours, responsibility, and compensation progression you can expect.
Onboarding Period: The first 2 to 4 weeks are your foundation window. How fast you move through it depends entirely on your performance and output. Show up, deliver, and communicate and this relationship accelerates.
Tool Stack: Google Workspace, ClickUp, Notion, and a time tracking tool. All working hours are logged and tied to deliverables submitted.
Experience: Previous experience in digital marketing is preferred. Familiarity with

How We Operate
TTC runs on clear communication, documented output, and consistent professional standards. Here is what that looks like day to day:
You clock in and clock out via Google Chat at the start and end of every shift or with a time tracking tool.
This is an hourly paid position. You are expected to complete assigned tasks, meet deliverables, and produce measurable results during your scheduled working hours. Strong performance is recognized and rewarded. Rate progression is based on the quality and consistency of your output over time.
