Big Hearted Breeders Community (BHB Community) is a mission-driven education and coaching platform supporting ethical breeders through mindset, systems, marketing, and holistic education. We also operate a pawTree education and funnel ecosystem that helps breeders and pet professionals build healthier programs and sustainable income.
We are a systems-focused company building long-term infrastructure, not short-term task support.

About the Role:
We are hiring a Growth Operations Project Manager to manage and optimize multiple growth channels, including:
*Podcast management and promotion
*Community management (including Reddit marketing)
*Virtual and live event promotion
*GoHighLevel funnel and automation management
This is a full-time, exclusive, long-term role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning projects from start to finish. This role will evolve as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

*Podcast Management & Growth:
*Edit and manage podcast episodes (audio/video workflow)
*Upload and publish episodes to hosting platforms
*Prepare episode assets (titles, descriptions, timestamps, promotional needs)
*Coordinate podcast promotion strategy
*Track podcast KPIs:
-7-day downloads
-Subscriber growth
-Episode consistency
(Graphic design is not required; Canva skills are a plus.)

GoHighLevel & Funnel Management:
*Manage GoHighLevel workflows (created by someone else)
*Maintain email and SMS marketing automations

Community Management (Reddit Marketing):
*Research and map relevant subreddits
*Post 3–5 helpful, value-based comments per day
*Publish 1 value-driven post per week
*Coordinate AMAs when allowed
*Follow subreddit rules carefully
*Track engagement and community growth metrics

Community Management (Facebook)
*Check for comments in multiple Facebook groups daily
*Help coordinate and post content that is pre- prepared
*Track engagement and community growth metrics

Event Marketing & Promotion:
*Support virtual and live events such as summits and trainings:
*Coordinate promotional timelines
*Manage email and SMS reminders through GoHighLevel
*Organize event assets
*Be on live for quarterly events from 10-2 MST for 2 days to manage the flow of the event
*Track event KPIs:
-Registrations
-Live attendance rate
-Replay views
-CE completions (when applicable)

Project Management & Operations:
*Manage timelines and deliverables across podcast, events, and funnels
*Use project management tools to track progress
*Communicate proactively about blockers or improvements
*Help document and improve SOPs
*Ensure projects are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:
*Excellent written and spoken English (near-native)
*Experience with GoHighLevel
*Podcast editing and publishing experience
*Proven project management experience
*Experience tracking KPIs and reporting results
*Minimum 1 years experience in podcast management, project management, or related roles
*Reliable high-speed internet suitable for full-time remote work
*Backup internet option preferred
*Quiet, dedicated workspace during work hours

Compensation & Benefits:
Full-time role (40 hours/week)
