The agency is evolving from a mobile app growth agency into a software-enabled growth platform for ambitious app founders and growth teams.

Today we help some of the world's most exciting mobile apps grow through ASO, paid acquisition, creative strategy, CRM, analytics and growth experimentation.

Tomorrow we're building the operating system for app growth.

We're looking for a Growth Operations Manager to own and scale the agency's marketing engine.

The Role

This is not a traditional marketing role.

You won't be expected to write every article, create every design, or manage every social post.

Instead, you'll own the system.

You will coordinate content, SEO, LLM optimisation, social media, reporting, and distribution across our internal team, external partners, freelancers, and AI workflows.

Your mission is simple:
Generate more qualified opportunities for the agency and our growing ecosystem of products.

Responsibilities
Own the agency's content calendar
Manage SEO and LLM optimisation initiatives
Coordinate article production and publishing
Manage newsletter creation and distribution
Own LinkedIn content operations
Coordinate Reddit and community engagement
Work with designers and content creators
Manage AI-assisted content workflows
Monitor performance and reporting
Improve website content and conversion journeys
Support product launches and GTM campaigns
Help build category authority in app growth
