We’re a fast-growing DTC supplement brand and I’m looking for one sharp operator to work directly with me and help scale the business day to day.
This is not a “sit in meetings” role.
You’ll be hands-on across growth, ops, and execution — close to the numbers and the decisions.
What you’ll actually do
Manage and track A/B tests across funnels, pricing, post-purchase flows, subscriptions
Coordinate with our video editor, ads team, and VA to keep projects moving
Dig into data: returns, refund rates, subscription cohorts, ad performance
Research and capture inspiration using spy tools and market research
Solve real problems as they come up — disputes, rejected ads, domain issues, trademark questions
Keep me accountable and organized: tasks with deadlines, Loom documentation, weekly schedules
You’re a fit if
You learn fast and figure things out without hand-holding
You’re comfortable jumping between Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, and spreadsheets
You’re proactive: you see a problem, you fix it (or flag it with a proposed solution)
You can work 40 hours/week with overlap in US/EU hours
Bonus: you’ve worked in DTC, supplements, or direct response marketing
