The Mission:
The Tactical Click LLC is a B2C/DTC Growth Operations & Revenue Infrastructure Agency. We are a revenue-focused consultancy that turns stagnant
We partner with high-level B2C and DTC founders generating $25,000 to $100,000+ per month to identify and fix deep monetization leaks. We don't just "support" founders; we act as the Second Opinion that uncovers revenue assets they didn’t know they had.
We are looking for a Hunter who sees the money before the Founder does. I value reliability, radical initiative, and people who execute at a high level without being chased.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. The Hunt (Lead Generation & Acquisition)
Identify Revenue Leaks: Scout the B2C/DTC landscape to find established brands ($25k–$100k+/mo) with strong traffic but broken backend systems (dormant lists, missing lead magnets, or weak nurture flows).
Pattern-Interrupt Outreach: Execute disruptive, authority-driven outreach on LinkedIn and Instagram. We don’t "pitch"—we diagnose.
Pipeline Management: Support booking 2–4 qualified discovery calls per week (8–12 per month goal) and track everything inside our CRM.
2. The Engine (Systems & Operations)
Architecture: Manage the "Systems Engine" in ClickUp and Google Workspace to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. The money is in the "Mud" (the follow-up).
Data Hygiene: Maintain pristine records in
Onboarding: Assist with client onboarding and manage deliverables to ensure the infrastructure is built to spec.
3. Content & Brand Strategy
Repurposing: Take high-level thought leadership and repurpose it into high-authority IG/B2C content.
Engagement: Monitor inbound messages and comments to turn social engagement into revenue conversations.
Working Hours & Requirements
Overlap: Must be available to overlap 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time.
Commitment: 10 to 12 hours per week to start, with the potential to scale as you perform.
