JOB OVERVIEW

I am the Founder of A Step4Health, a high-growth apothecary and clinical coaching brand. We are transitioning from "Startup" to "Scale," and I am looking for a partner, not just an assistant. We are a premium clinical health brand moving beyond products into High-Level Health Engineering. We help women (specifically in perimenopause or using peptides) navigate their path to health freedom through personalized protocols and global health solutions (Medical Tourism).

This is a high-incentive role. I am looking for a specialist who is confident enough in their technical skills to tie their compensation to the financial success of the brand. When the business grows, your income grows.
The Opportunity

I need a partner to help me build the digital infrastructure for this "Health Freedom" movement. We don't just sell tea; we sell Personalized Success Plans and Medical Tourism Guidance.

The Top 3 " ---------- ntum" Skills Needed

High-Ticket Funnel Architecture (CC360/GHL): You must be able to build a funnel that moves a lead from a Nomono Podcast clip to a high-ticket Discovery Call for medical tourism or a $497 GLP-1 Protocol Course. We are also selling monthly memberships for our programs, that wil require you to set those up and use the tools below to ensure that the message is being translated. We are a high touch, personalized care brand and we need someone who is willing to hit the ground running, but is willing to grow.

Strategic Content Distribution: You will use the Later app to position me as a global authority. You aren't just "posting"; you are building trust for a 5-figure health investment. I will provide you with base information and you will create stunning content to help the message reach our intended audience.

Client Success Management (Automation): You will automate the "Onboarding" of these patients so they feel "held" and "guided" from the ---------- nt they pay, without me needing to send manual emails.

Compensation: Base + Performance Equity
Base Pay: $[Base Pay $7 per hour]

The "Health Freedom" Bonus: * Course Launch Bonus: $75 for setup of the GLP-1 course and additional educational offerings, total of 8 in Course Creator 360--within the first 7 days of onboarding

Conversion Commission: 5 % of sales for every "Health Strategy Plan" or "Protocol" sold via your automated funnels.

Referral Bonus: As we move into or every client successfully onboarded into a Medical Tourism packages. Q4 2026.
