JOB OVERVIEW

Keepers is a marketplace that connects the people who keep short-term rental properties running: property managers and owners, independent cleaners, and local maintenance and trade professionals.

- For property managers and owners, Keepers helps coordinate turnovers and gives visibility into completed work — without replacing the cleaning team they already trust.
- For cleaners, Keepers means clear job details and pay shown upfront before accepting. No bidding, no guessing.
- For maintenance and trade businesses (HVAC, plumbing, handyman, pool, linen), Keepers puts their services in front of local rental operators who are actively looking for reliable help.

We've been running since 2022, are live in markets including Anchorage and Austin, and are now expanding into new markets across the U.S. — starting with Central Florida.

The role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Growth & Marketing VA to support outreach and lead generation across all three sides of our marketplace: property managers/hosts, cleaning companies and independent cleaners, and maintenance/trade businesses.

Responsibilities
- Research and build targeted outreach lists market-by-market for property managers, cleaning companies, and trade/maintenance businesses
- Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and de-duplicated as new leads come in
- Support execution of email and social media outreach campaigns tailored to each audience
- Assist with basic on-page SEO for the Keepers website and blog: keyword research, metadata, and content optimization to improve organic search visibility
- Monitor and report on outreach performance (opens, replies, conversions) week over week
- Draft and schedule recruitment posts for local Facebook/TikTok cleaner and cleaning-company groups

What you'll need
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Working knowledge of Google SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization) — Google Ads/AdWords experience is a plus, not required
- Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, marketing, or gig-economy/marketplace platforms is a plus
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
