The Role
We're hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to own and scale our Google and Meta ad campaigns. You'll work directly with the founding team to drive qualified inbound pipeline through paid channels — building, testing, and optimizing campaigns that convert.
This is a high-ownership role with real visibility. If you're sharp and results-driven, there's a clear path to a senior growth role as we scale.

What You'll Do

> Build, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end
> Own performance: monitor spend, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics daily
> Run structured A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
> Collaborate with the team on landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements
> Maintain clean campaign structure, tracking, and reporting (UTMs, attribution, dashboards)
> Identify new opportunities across paid channels to drive pipeline growth

You're a Fit If You...

> Have 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads — B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus
> Have managed budgets of $5K+/month and can show results (CPL, pipeline, ROAS)
> Understand the B2B buyer journey and how paid fits into a full-funnel strategy
> Are comfortable working async and independently with a US-based founding team
> Are data-driven: you live in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and spreadsheets
> Have experience with tracking setup (Google Tag Manager, pixel implementation, conversion events)

Nice To Haves
> Experience with HubSpot, Clay, or similar GTM tools
> Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads
> Interest in AI tools and using them to work faster and smarter
> Experience with landing page tools (Webflow, Framer, etc)
