Growth Marketing & Investor Acquisition Manager

Location: Remote, Philippines Preferred

Compensation: Base Salary + Performance Bonuses
$1,200 to $3,000+ Monthly

Base Salary:
$1,200 to $1,500

Performance Bonuses:
Based on qualified investor meetings generated, funnel improvements, and campaign performance.

This role has significant growth potential and may evolve into a Director of Investor Acquisition position as the company scales.

Victory Rock Capital is a private investment firm focused on providing accredited investors access to carefully vetted private equity, real estate, and alternative investment opportunities.

We are seeking a highly driven Growth Marketing & Investor Acquisition Manager responsible for helping generate qualified investor appointments through paid advertising, marketing automation, funnels, websites, and outreach systems.

Primary Objective

Generate qualified accredited investor meetings for our founder and investment team.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.

Build and improve landing pages and funnels.

Manage GoHighLevel CRM and automation systems.

Implement and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Create and optimize email and SMS follow up sequences.

Update and improve company websites.

Track KPIs and produce weekly performance reports.

Continuously improve conversion rates throughout the funnel.
