Taxi service in Rockland County’s premier taxi service, dedicated to providing reliable, safe, and efficient transportation for our community. As we scale our fleet and expand our reach, we are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. We aren't just looking for someone to post on social media; we need a performance-minded strategist who can move the needle on driver recruitment and rider growth.
The Role
This is a high-impact, part-time role designed for a digital marketer who lives and breathes ROI. Your mission is twofold:
* Supply: Build a steady pipeline of qualified drivers to join our fleet.
* Demand: Acquire new passengers and ensure our existing customers keep coming back.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing & Acquisition
Driver Recruitment: Design and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Search, etc.) specifically targeted at attracting professional drivers in the Rockland County area.
Customer Acquisition: Launch digital campaigns to increase booking volume via search, social, and display channels.
Budget Management: Optimize ad spend to maintain a low Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) while maximizing lead quality.
2. Social Media Management
* Create & Oversee the company’s presence across
* Create engaging local content that builds community trust and positions the company as the top choice for transportation in the county.
3. Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
CLV Optimization: Develop strategies to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through targeted promotions and loyalty initiatives.

4. Tracking & Analytics
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates, driver lead quality, and retention cohorts.
Who we’re looking for:
* Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record in Performance Marketing (paid social and search).
* Market & Geo Experience: Familiarity with/ or worked with US firms.
* Full-Funnel Thinking: Expertise in both top-of-funnel acquisition and bottom-of-funnel retention/loyalty.
* Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to identify trends and optimize campaign performance.
* Independence: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, local business environment.
