Growth Marketing Assistant

About This Role

We are a remote team focused on expanding digital reach and improving customer acquisition through structured growth activities.
We are looking for a proactive assistant to support execution, track results, and contribute to continuous improvement across online channels.

This role is ideal for candidates who are curious about how online growth works and want to build real, measurable skills.

Your Day-to-Day

Support execution of growth-related activities across digital platforms

Monitor performance indicators such as traffic patterns and conversion behavior

Assist in testing different approaches to improve results

Help organize data and highlight key insights

Work with the team to scale effective strategies

Requirements

Interest in digital growth, marketing, or analytics

Comfortable working with data and performance metrics

Detail-oriented and willing to learn

Able to follow structured workflows

Basic English communication
