We are seeking a highly motivated Growth & Conversion Optimization Specialist to design, build, and optimize our sales funnel. You will be instrumental in increasing our Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) through advanced segmentation, persuasive upsell strategies, and data-driven testing—leveraging consumer psychology to drive high-value conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Funnel Strategy & Architecture:
Design and implement multi-step sales funnels aimed at moving users from basic purchases to premium add-ons and subscription products.
Develop dynamic upsell and cross-sell flows that increase transaction value without disrupting the user experience.
Customer Segmentation & Personalization:
Analyze user data to segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, and demographics.
Craft personalized offers and messaging that leverage consumer psychology principles (e.g., urgency, social proof, loss aversion).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Run A/B tests on landing pages, checkout flows, and upsell pages to continuously improve conversion metrics.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment) to monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure that messaging, UX, and functionality are aligned with our growth objectives.
Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, conversion optimization, or a similar role—preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product businesses.
Proven track record of designing and optimizing sales funnels that drive upsells and increase ARPU.
Deep understanding of customer segmentation and behavioral psychology with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency with analytics and marketing automation tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
Strong copywriting skills with an ability to craft persuasive, conversion-focused messaging.
Experience in running A/B tests and using data to drive decision-making.
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with subscription models,e-commerce, SaaS metrics, and customer retention strategies.
Experience working with startups or high-growth companies.
