JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a hands-on growth marketer to build a customer acquisition engine from the ground up for a growing U.S. home-care business.

This is not a social media management role. It is not a content scheduling role. It is not a position for someone who launches ads and waits for the algorithm.

Our central challenge is generating a consistent flow of qualified local families who have an immediate need, decision-making authority, and the ability to purchase private-pay care.

You will own the process of discovering how to reach those families, testing channels and offers, measuring lead quality, and rapidly improving what works.

Responsibilities

1 - Develop and execute customer acquisition experiments from zero
2 - Identify where qualified families can be reached before and during urgent care decisions
3 - Test paid, organic, community, partnership, search, and unconventional acquisition channels
4 - Create offers, landing pages, forms, messaging, and nurture sequences
5 - Launch and optimize Google and Meta campaigns when appropriate
6 - Track the complete funnel from impression through qualified conversation and signed client
7 - Review lead quality and call outcomes—not merely clicks and form submissions
8 - Diagnose why prospects fail to convert and adjust the channel, audience, offer, or follow-up process
9 - Build repeatable systems instead of relying on isolated campaigns
10 - Report weekly results, findings, failures, and next experiments

What We Need

A builder who is comfortable starting without an existing playbook
Strong direct-response and customer-acquisition judgment
Experience generating qualified leads for local, high-trust, or high-ticket services
Ability to personally execute campaigns, landing pages, tracking, research, and analysis
Strong command of conversion metrics and unit economics
Fast experimentation without careless spending
Clear written and spoken English
High ownership, curiosity, and intellectual honesty

Healthcare, senior care, home care, or another urgent local-service category is highly valuable, but only if you can demonstrate actual results.

This Role Is Not For You If

Your primary experience is scheduling social media posts
You measure success through followers, impressions, clicks, or cheap leads
You only manage Google or Meta campaigns created by someone else
You need detailed instructions for every task
Your strategy is simply “run ads, post content, and optimize SEO”
You cannot show what you personally built and how it performed

How to Apply

Begin your application with the word ORANGE.

Then answer each question directly:

1 - Describe one acquisition engine you personally built from zero. What did you do, what channels did you test, what did it cost, and what measurable business result did it produce?
2 - Give an example of a campaign where the initial leads were poor quality. How did you diagnose the problem, what did you change, and what happened?
3 - Imagine you are marketing a local service costing customers $5,000–$12,000 per month. Customers often acknowledge they need the service but delay purchasing until a crisis occurs. What are the first three acquisition experiments you would run, and why?
4 - Provide links or screenshots supporting your results. Clearly explain your personal contribution.

Generic, AI-generated, or copy-and-paste applications will not receive a response.

Role Structure

Part-time to start, with the opportunity to become full-time
Ongoing role for the right person
Compensation based on demonstrated ability and experience
Performance incentives available for qualified opportunities and sustainable customer acquisition—not raw lead volume
Paid practical assignment may be required before hiring

We are starting from zero. The person who succeeds here will not inherit a functioning funnel—they will help discover and build it.
