Role Overview
We're looking for a Growth Marketer who lives and breathes numbers, results, and relentless experimentation.

You're the kind of person who checks campaign performance before coffee. You don't just set up an ad and hope — you test, iterate, analyze, and optimize until the numbers move. You care about CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and traffic trends not because someone told you to, but because you genuinely find it interesting. You think in funnels. You get excited about a good A/B test. You treat every channel as a hypothesis worth proving.

This is a hybrid strategy-and-execution role. You'll help shape the marketing approach for our clients and then go build it. Paid ads, organic content, SEO, lead gen — you're comfortable across all of it and you know how to prioritize based on where the biggest growth levers are.

What You'll Work On
- Plan, launch, and relentlessly optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms — owning targeting, copy, creative direction, bidding strategy, and budget pacing
- Track and report on performance metrics across all channels, with a clear point of view on what's working, what's not, and what to do next
- Run structured experiments — A/B tests, creative variations, audience segments, landing page tests — and document learnings
- Build and manage organic social presence with a content cadence designed to drive real engagement and audience growth, not just impressions
- Conduct SEO and content research — keyword analysis, competitive audits, content gap identification — and turn that research into an actionable content strategy
- Design and execute lead generation systems: lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and top-of-funnel campaigns that convert
- Support founder content strategy — helping position founders as credible, visible voices in their space through LinkedIn and short-form content
- Assist with sales enablement copy and outreach strategy as needed


Must-Haves
- 1–3+ years of hands-on growth marketing or digital marketing experience
- You've managed paid ad campaigns — Google and/or Meta — not just watched someone else do it
- Deeply comfortable with performance data — you know how to read it, interpret it, and act on it
- Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and experience with research tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console
- A testing mindset — you form hypotheses, run experiments, and learn from both wins and failures
- Strong writer — you can write ad copy, social content, and email that actually gets clicks
- Self-directed and organized — you manage your own time, flag blockers early, and deliver without being chased
- Clear communicator


Nice-to-Haves
Experience with LinkedIn Ads
Agency or multi-client background
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Experience supporting personal brand or founder-led content
Comfort with AI tools for marketing research, content, and workflows
Bonus points if you've ever built a funnel from scratch and tracked it all the way through to conversion
