We're a fast-growing e-commerce supplement brand looking for someone to be my right hand in running and scaling the business.
This is a hybrid role: you'll both execute and manage. One day you're writing ad copy and setting up
What you'll do:
Launch and manage Meta ads,
Run A/B tests across pricing, post-purchase flows, and subscriptions
Coordinate with our video editor, ads team, and VA to keep projects moving
Analyze data: returns, refund rates, subscription cohorts, ad performance
Research competitors using spy tools and ad libraries
Solve problems as they come up — disputes, rejected ads, domain issues
Keep me accountable and organized (deadlines, Loom documentation, weekly schedules)
You're a fit if:
You can execute marketing AND manage projects — not just one or the other
You learn fast and figure things out without hand-holding
You're comfortable with Meta ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, and spreadsheets
You're proactive — you see a problem, you fix it or flag it
You can work 40 hours/week with overlap in US/EU hours
Bonus:
Experience in DTC, supplements, or direct response marketing

Salary: Up to $2,000/month depending on experience
