JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Growth & Lead Generation Manager (Multi-Brand)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Salary: £700 GBP / month (Starting Base) + Performance Bonuses Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week) | Shift: Must overlap with UK Business Hours (9 AM – 5 PM UK)

About the Role
We are a high-growth UK Property Group operating 4 distinct brands: Lettings, Property Sourcing, Refurbishment, and a Personal Brand. We are looking for a Revenue-Driver, not just a "social media poster."

Your mission is to build and manage a predictable engine that generates motivated seller leads and investor enquiries. You will own the "Top of the Funnel" and ensure our brands are visible, trusted, and consistently attracting new business.

The 7-Department Context
In our organization, you own Department 2 (Marketing & Sales) and Department 6 (Public Relations). You will work directly under our Operations Director to ensure our lead pipeline is always full.

Core Responsibilities
Multi-Brand Strategy: Coordinate and execute marketing across 4 brands, ensuring each has a distinct voice and consistent lead-capture mechanisms.

Lead Generation (Outbound/Inbound): * Implement outreach campaigns (Direct mail, Facebook/LinkedIn groups, and community engagement) to find property deals.

Manage the sales funnel: Move prospects from "Stranger" to "Lead" to "Booked Call" for the CEO.

Content & Social Media Oversight: Manage the creative workflow to ensure all content (Reels, Posts, Newsletters) is high-quality and, most importantly, drives traffic.

PR & Reputation: Actively seek podcast guest spots or press opportunities for the CEO and systematically collect 5-star reviews and video testimonials from our clients.

Data Tracking: Provide a weekly report on "Cost Per Lead" and conversion rates. You must be obsessed with the numbers that lead to revenue.

Paid ads management: Mate/ Google

Requirements
Proven Lead Gen Experience: You have a track record of generating actual business leads, not just "likes" or "followers."

Strategic Copywriting: Ability to write persuasive, "hooky" text that drives action.

Multi-Tasking: Ability to juggle 4 brands without losing focus or quality.

Tech Savvy: Familiar with Canva, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, and AI for content efficiency.
