We are looking for a proven growth marketer—not someone who has simply assisted with tasks. During the interview process, you’ll be asked to provide live websites, funnels, automations, and explain your specific role and the measurable impact of your work.

The Vital Moss is looking for a Growth & E-commerce Marketing Manager to help grow our online business.

This is not a virtual assistant role. We’re looking for someone who understands Shopify, GoHighLevel, email marketing, conversion optimization, and e-commerce growth—and can use those skills to increase revenue.

You’ll take ownership of improving our website, customer journey, marketing automations, and overall e-commerce performance. We’re looking for someone who can identify problems, recommend solutions, execute improvements, and measure the results.

Responsibilities

* Optimize our Shopify store for higher conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV)
* Build and optimize landing pages and sales funnels
* Build and improve GoHighLevel and Klaviyo email/SMS automations
* Create, optimize, and manage email marketing campaigns and automated flows
* Analyze Shopify, Klaviyo, and GA4 data to identify growth opportunities
* Improve customer retention and repeat purchase rates
* Conduct A/B testing and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO)
* Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators when needed

Requirements

* 3+ years of Shopify experience
* Strong GoHighLevel experience
* Strong Klaviyo email marketing experience
* Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
* Experience with GA4 and Shopify Analytics
* Excellent written and verbal English
* Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

During the Interview Process

Qualified applicants will be asked to provide:

* Live Shopify stores you’ve worked on
* Landing pages or funnels you’ve personally built or significantly optimized
* Examples of GoHighLevel and/or Klaviyo automations you’ve built
* Measurable results from previous projects (conversion rate improvements, revenue growth, AOV increases, email marketing performance, customer retention improvements, etc.)
* A brief audit of our Shopify store with your recommendations for improvement

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and has a proven track record of growing e-commerce businesses.
