About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Growth & Content Marketing Specialist to help scale our dual-track revenue engine. Reporting directly to the Founder, you won't just be executing daily tasks. You will manage and refine automated marketing systems that turn content into revenue.

We have clear content playbooks in place (inspired by top B2B content frameworks like Pierre Herubel and Daniel Priestley). We will provide training on our core methodology; your focus will be building, running, and scaling the systems that execute them.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Pipeline Generation: Build and execute targeted, authority-led marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and social channels to capture enterprise decision-makers (HR Directors, VCs, Legal Partners).

B2C Training Funnels: Take ownership of our online training module funnel, driving traffic, conversions, and organic product sales.

Content Engine Execution: Turn internal knowledge assets into high-converting posts, email workflows, short videos, and downloadable resources.

Systems & Automation: Manage lead routing and automation using our CRM stack (Zoho) to ensure smooth, frictionless customer journeys.

Copywriting & Assets: Write clean, persuasive marketing copy and create visual assets tailored to premium Australian business standards.

Performance Tracking: Monitor funnel conversion rates, traffic, and lead quality, providing straightforward updates directly to the Founder.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 3+ years in growth marketing, B2B lead generation, or digital funnel management.

Dual-Track Mindset: Understanding of both high-ticket corporate B2B outreach and scalable B2C digital product funnels.

Communication: Exceptional written English tailored to Western business audiences (AU/UK/US).

Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM/automation tools (e.g., Zoho, ActiveCampaign, or similar) and visual tools (Canva/Figma).

Ownership: A self-motivated operator who thrives in an autonomous remote environment.


Working Conditions & Perks

Schedule: Full-Time, 100% Remote during Australian business hours.

Holidays: Paid Australian and Philippine Public Holidays.

Direct Access: Work closely alongside an experienced Australian Founder with a streamlined team structure.

Typical work hours are 8AM-5PM Monday to Friday PHT (Flexible)
