JOB OVERVIEW

We are an early-stage UK-based digital platform preparing for launch and are looking to identify the right long-term tea ---------- mber ahead of an expected start date in approximately 4 to 8 weeks.

At this stage, we are speaking with candidates now so that we can find the right person before the launch phase begins.

This is a hybrid role combining content operations, SEO publishing, and commercial outreach / partnerships support.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable wearing two hats:

1) Content & SEO Operations

This includes:

- uploading and formatting content in WordPress
- optimising titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal links
- maintaining content structure and consistency
- updating existing pages with improved SEO copy
- publishing blog content from provided briefs or source material
- helping identify keyword and topical opportunities
- ensuring pages are clean, professional, and conversion-focused

2) Partnerships & Merchant Management Support
We will provide the list of target partners / merchants and the strategic direction. Your role will be to help execute the outreach and maintain ongoing communication.

This includes:

- sending professional outreach emails to provided contacts
- following up on responses and non-responses
- maintaining organised trackers / CRM sheets
- supporting onboarding workflows
- keeping merchant and partner relationships organised
- ensuring communication is followed through promptly and professionally

We are looking for someone who is:

- highly organised
- commercially minded
- confident writing professional emails
- experienced with WordPress and SEO best practices
- comfortable working independently
- strong in written English
- proactive and detail-oriented

Ideal Experience

Experience in any of the following is highly desirable:

- SEO content management
- WordPress publishing
- outreach / account management
- affiliate marketing support
- client communication
- digital marketing operations

Please note: the role is not expected to begin immediately. The expected start window is 4 to 8 weeks from now, but we want to identify the right person early and potentially begin with light planning / process work before the main start date.
