JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities
Review pictures of missing and low-stock items.
Check current inventory, open orders and sales history.
Determine the correct quantities to reorder.
Prepare purchase orders for approval.
Send approved orders and follow up with suppliers.
Track out-of-stock, ordered and incoming products.
Prevent stockouts, overstock and ordering errors.
Qualifications
Purchasing, inventory or supermarket experience
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail
Good written and spoken English
Reliable computer and internet connection
