JOB OVERVIEW

AD CREATIVE DESIGNER — The Expanded Collective
Full-Time | Remote (PH) | US Business Hours

——————————————————

ABOUT US

The Expanded Collective (TEC) is a marketing agency built by a clinic owner and a systems architect, specifically for healthcare and wellness businesses. We install compounding marketing infrastructure for 30+ client accounts across the U.S., covering everything from paid ads and social content to local SEO and automation. Our clients are chiropractors, acupuncturists, functional medicine providers, and wellness clinic owners.

We run lean, move fast, and use AI and automation to punch way above our weight. This role is central to keeping our ad engine running at full speed.

——————————————————

THE ROLE

We need a fast, consistent, detail-oriented Ad Creative Designer who can produce high-performing ad creatives for 30+ client accounts on a weekly basis. You will be the person who keeps fresh, scroll-stopping visuals flowing across all of our client ad campaigns.

This is not a branding role or a one-off project gig. This is a production role inside an agency that requires speed, volume, and consistency every single week. You will work from templates, brand kits, and creative briefs to turn out static images, B-roll reels, and ad variations at scale.

——————————————————

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Designing ad creatives (static images, carousels, and short B-roll video reels) for 30+ healthcare and wellness client accounts weekly
- Building and maintaining ad creative variations in Canva using established brand kits, templates, and client assets
- Producing B-roll reels by combining stock footage, client-provided video clips, text overlays, and branded elements using Canva or CapCut
- Creating scroll-stopping visuals optimized for Meta ad placements (Facebook and Instagram)
- Managing your workload and deadlines inside Notion, where all creative briefs, client assets, and project tracking live
- Using AI tools (ChatGPT image generation, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to speed up production without sacrificing quality
- Pulling client photos, logos, and video clips from organized Google Drive folders and applying them to templates
- Iterating quickly on creative based on ad performance data and feedback from the team
- Keeping all files organized, properly named, and uploaded to the correct client folders

——————————————————

MUST-HAVES

- Highly proficient in Canva (Pro features, bulk create, brand kits, templates, video editing within Canva)
- Experience creating ad creatives specifically for Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
- Comfortable working with AI design tools (ChatGPT image gen, Canva AI, Midjourney, or similar) to accelerate output
- Strong eye for clean, high-converting ad design (you understand visual hierarchy, contrast, whitespace, and what makes someone stop scrolling)
- Experience with basic video editing for short-form reels (CapCut, Canva video, or similar)
- Able to manage your own workload across 30+ accounts using Notion for task management and project tracking
- Reliable, fast, and consistent. This is a volume role. You need to produce quality work on deadline, every week, without hand-holding
- Available to work during US business hours (Pacific Time preferred)

——————————————————

NICE-TO-HAVES

- Experience working in or with a marketing agency (especially one managing multiple client accounts simultaneously)
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or chiropractic marketing
- Experience with GoHighLevel or Meta Ads Manager (understanding ad specs, placements, and creative best practices)
- Basic understanding of direct response ad principles (hooks, CTAs, urgency, social proof)

——————————————————

TOOLS YOU'LL USE DAILY

Canva Pro — Primary design platform for all ad creatives, static and video
Notion — Project management, creative briefs, task tracking, deadlines
Google Drive — Client asset storage (photos, videos, logos, brand files)
AI Tools — Claude, ChatGPT image gen, Canva AI, Midjourney for accelerated production
CapCut — B-roll reel editing and short-form video assembly
Slack — Team communication and daily check-ins

——————————————————

WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE

- Monday: Review the week's creative briefs and client priorities in Notion. Pull any new assets from Google Drive.
- Tuesday-Thursday: Production days. Design and deliver ad creatives across all assigned accounts. Static images, carousel variations, B-roll reels.
- Friday: Upload completed creatives to client folders. Flag any accounts that need new creative direction. Wrap up Notion tasks for the week.
- Ongoing: Respond to feedback and revision requests same-day. Communicate blockers or asset gaps via Slack.

——————————————————

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE

- You are fast and you take pride in being fast. You don't overthink design decisions on ad creatives. You execute.
- You can manage your own queue across dozens of accounts without someone checking in every day.
- You understand that ad creatives are a performance tool, not a portfolio piece. Clean, clear, and high-converting beats fancy every time.
- You are comfortable using AI tools to speed up your workflow and you're always looking for ways to get more done in less time.
- You are dependable. Your team knows that if something is on your plate, it will be done on time and done right.

——————————————————

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

- Full-time position (40 hours/week)
- Remote, Philippines-based
- US business hours (Pacific Time preferred)
- Paid via Wise (biweekly)
- Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience (please include your expected salary in your application)
- Long-term role with growth potential as the agency scales
