Graphic designer/ E-Commerce Growth Manager (Meta PPC, Multi-Platform Store Operations & Design)
Job Type: Full-Time / Dedicated Retainer
Compensation: $1000– $1500 / month
Experience working with established agency's of at least 3 years.
About the Role
We are looking for an elite, hands-on Full-Stack graphic designer / E-Commerce Growth Manager to take complete, end-to-end ownership of our digital stores, paid traffic engines, and visual brand assets.
You will not just be a media buyer or a designer in isolation—you are a senior, all-in-one operator who will manage our entire e-commerce stores Amazon and Tik Tok shop infrastructure, drive our Meta, PPC and multi-platform ad spend, execute top-tier graphic/motion design, and leverage AI creative tools to scale revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Creator and implementation of brand socials with Complete E-Commerce Store Ownership: Take total command of our store operations across Shopify and other major e-commerce ecosystems—managing inventory sync, app stacks, product merchandising, checkout flows, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Meta PPC & Multi-Platform Growth: Architect, execute, and aggressively scale paid traffic campaigns (Meta PPC, TikTok, etc.). Manage advanced audience setups, CAPI tracking, testing frameworks, and day-to-day budget optimizations to strict ROAS and CPA targets.
Full-Stack Design & AI Content Creation: Produce conversion-optimized static ads, motion graphics, and visual assets using professional design software (Figma/Adobe Suite/Canva) combined with cutting-edge AI creation tools for rapid creative iteration.
Data-Driven Performance Management: Track end-to-end funnel analytics, diagnose traffic or tracking drop-offs, and report on key growth metrics with clear, actionable optimization strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven Growth Track Record: Verifiable case studies demonstrating successful management of entire e-commerce stores and profitable scale on Meta PPC.
Hybrid Skill Set (Operations + Media + Design): Deep technical fluency in store backend management, PPC media buying, and a sharp, conversion-focused design aesthetic.
AI-Native Execution: Experience integrating AI generation tools into your daily workflow to supercharge creative testing and asset production.
Autonomous & Detail-Oriented: A self-starting operator who handles the store ecosystem without needing micro-management.
