JOB OVERVIEW

You're a sharp creative with strong visual instincts, technical know-how, and a multidisciplinary approach to design. You're fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite, skilled in motion graphics and video editing, and curious about the evolving role of AI in design. You understand the importance of clean layout, typography, hierarchy, and storytelling across static, digital, and motion formats. You're both a thinker and a doer with an eye for detail, the ability to manage your time, and a willingness to collaborate and evolve.

Design compelling visual assets for web, social, print, and campaigns from concept to execution
• Create multimedia content including video edits, motion graphics, animated assets, and storyboards
• Incorporate generative AI tools into content creation workflows where relevant (Midjourney, RunwayML, Firefly, etc.)
• Collaborate directly with the Founder and Creative Marketing Director as well as cross-functional tea ---------- mbers
• Maintain brand consistency across client deliverables and internal agency materials
• Manage multiple fast-paced projects with overlapping timelines and tight deadlines
• Contribute to conceptual brainstorming and strategic creative development

Must-Have:
• Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Experience with motion design, video editing, and animation
• Understanding of AI-based creative tools and how to integrate them into design workflows
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and design fundamentals
• Meticulous attention to detail and file organization
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to take direction and feedback while working independently

BONUS:
• Knowledge of WordPress or web design tools (Elementor, Figma)
• Familiarity with content creation for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Experience with print production processes
• Exposure to email marketing platforms, CRM systems, or eCommerce environments
• Basic HTML/CSS or cross-browser design understanding
