JOB OVERVIEW
All Volleyball has been selling to the U.S. volleyball community for over 30 years. Shoes, apparel, balls, and team gear, for athletes, clubs, and fans across the country. Real products, real customers, real budgets behind the creative.
The company runs on a Filipino team. That was a hiring decision, not a cost decision. Our designers, editors, and marketing staff are Filipino, and several of them have been with us for years. They stayed because the briefs are clear, the pay arrives when we say it will, and nobody here gets treated as disposable for being remote.

WHY WE THINK YOU WILL WANT THIS
Most design jobs on this site ask you to be four people at once. Designer, media buyer, video editor, strategist, all for one rate. We are doing the opposite.
You do not need to know Meta ads. You do not need to understand hook rates, CTR, CPA, or funnels, and we will never ask you about them. We have people for that already. What we need from you is design, done at a level most companies never get near.
Here is what the job actually looks like:
1 - You get real products to work with. Volleyball shoes, jerseys, balls, team gear, photographed properly, waiting for someone to make them look like something
2 - Your work ships. It goes out to a national audience of athletes and clubs who buy from us, not into a folder nobody opens
3 - You name your price. We do not post a rate because we do not pay a rate, we pay a person. Tell us what you are worth

4 - You get paid through Wise, quickly, without chasing anyone. Ask any Filipino freelancer how rare that is
5 - Do well and you earn more. The people who deliver here have watched their rates climb, because we would rather pay someone good than go looking for someone new

There is creative freedom here, and there is also direction, which means you will never be guessing what we want and you will never be micromanaged while you do it.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Taste, mostly. The rest can be taught.
1 - A strong eye for layout, type, color, hierarchy, and spacing
2 - Real fluency in Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator. One of them, used well, is enough
3 - Comfort with AI tools like Photoshop AI, Firefly, or Midjourney to move faster
4 - Someone who can look at a raw product photo on a white background and already see the finished piece
5 - Someone who knows why one layout breathes and another feels cramped, and fixes it without being asked
6 - You take feedback and revise without ego
7 - Strong English and clear written communication
Experience with sports or performance brands helps. We do not require it. If your portfolio has one piece in it that you are quietly proud of, we want to see that piece.
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY
We will save you the time. If you send the same template to forty job posts, if your portfolio is stock mockups, or if you need someone standing over you to get work finished, we are not going to be a fit. Everyone else, keep reading.

2 - Your portfolio. A link, a PDF, a Google Drive folder, whatever you already have. Do not build something new for us
3 - The one piece in it you are most proud of, and one sentence on why
4 - The tools you work in, including any AI tools
5 - What you would want to be paid. Monthly, hourly, or per project. Be direct. We will not be offended, and we will not lowball you for answering honestly
That is the whole application. No test, no spec work, no assignment.
If we like what we see, we will reach out personally, tell you exactly what the work and the money look like, and take it from there. Everyone who applies with a real portfolio and a real rate gets looked at by a person, not a filter.
