JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and reliable AI Image Ads Creator to join our team.

The ideal candidate has at least 1.5 years of relevant experience and can create professional, high-quality static ads using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Nano Banana Pro.

Responsibilities
Create 1–3 ad concepts per day, with 3–5 variations for each concept
Produce different types of creatives, including:
Native-style ads
Product images with headlines
Symptom-based ads
Other performance-focused static ad formats
Follow the inspiration, examples, and detailed instructions provided by our team
Select and apply appropriate fonts, typography, layouts, and visual styles
Adapt designs to different brand identities, audiences, and advertising concepts
Maintain a consistent level of quality and meet daily deadlines
Participate in one weekly progress call to:
Review completed work
Discuss new ideas and creative directions
Share feedback
Better understand our customers and target audience
Requirements
At least 1.5 years of experience creating image ads or performance marketing creatives
Strong experience using AI tools for image creation, especially ChatGPT and Nano Banana Pro
Strong knowledge of fonts, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and composition
Ability to understand, replicate, and adapt different creative and design styles
Good visual judgment and a strong understanding of what makes an ad look professional
Ability to create visually appealing and conversion-focused ads
Fluent English
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and apply feedback
Reliable, serious, and committed to long-term collaboration
Able to consistently produce 1–3 strong concepts per day, each with 3–5 meaningful variations
