JOB OVERVIEW

We're a DTC e-commerce company running multiple brands. We're looking for a designer for our static Meta ad creatives.

What you'll do:
- Static image ads for Meta — acquisition, retargeting, creative testing
- Variations for testing, scaling what works
- Write the copy that goes on the image yourself. We bring the angle, you d ---------- what the biggest words say. The headline is the ad; the layout carries it.

What we need:
- Direct response experience, not branding or corporate design
- Static Meta ads in your portfolio, ideally ones you know performed
- You write your own headlines
- Comfortable with AI image tools

Ideal, not required:
If you can also develop angles and concepts yourself — research the market, read the reviews, come back with ideas instead of waiting for a brief — say so. We'd rather hire one person who covers both design and strategy than split the role.

What we offer:
Fixed pay plus uncapped bonuses on every winning ad. Part-time to start, likely full-time if it works out. Your income grows as the brands grow — we don't save money on people who make us money.
