Hi, I'm Lauren – Co-founder of a globally recognized beauty brand.
Our products are loved by beauty enthusiasts worldwide and sold across 3 major marketplaces and webshops. We spend over six figures monthly on Facebook ads, targeting different countries and languages. With weekly campaign launches, we're now bringing our marketing in-house — and we’re searching for a rockstar Graphic Designer + Facebook Ad Specialist to join our remote team.

What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Experience:

5+ years of hands-on experience creating Facebook ads for beauty or e-commerce brands

Proven success managing designs that convert on >$100K/month ad spend

Portfolio showcasing scroll-stopping creatives that drive sales

Strong data understanding to align design with performance metrics

Graphic Design Expertise:

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Proficient in Canva for rapid deployment

Strong grasp of typography, layout, branding, color psychology

Ability to design bold, persuasive visuals with a clear CTA

Soft Skills:

Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills

Self-starter, remote work pro, responsive communicator

Highly collaborative with our marketing team

Trend-aware: up-to-date with social ad styles and conversion-boosting tactics

Responsibilities:
Create high-converting, bold Facebook ads that drive immediate attention and sales

Collaborate with our team to translate campaign briefs into winning visuals

Maintain brand consistency across all visuals

Optimize designs based on performance data and A/B test results

Stay current with visual trends in the beauty and ecommerce space
