JOB OVERVIEW

We're Iron Dome Coffee, a fast-growing mission-driven coffee brand based in New York City. We've shipped over 20,000 orders across all 50 states. We're looking for a graphic designer to create high-converting static image ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
We need creatives in the style of Ryze and Javy Coffee. If you know their ads, you know the look: clean product composites, bold typography, vibrant backgrounds, benefit-driven callouts, premium but direct-response.
Types of creatives we need:

Product hero shots with bold text overlays and benefit callouts
"Us vs. them" comparison layouts
Review/testimonial highlight cards with star ratings
Offer-driven creatives (subscribe and save, bundle deals)
Stats and social proof graphics
Lifestyle composites blending product with aspirational scenes

You'll work with a full brand asset folder (logos, product photos, lifestyle images). Copy and headlines provided by our team. Direction and feedback directly from the founder.
Requirements:

Portfolio showing DTC-style static ad creatives
Proficiency in Photoshop (preferred) or Canva Pro
Ability to create clean composites with product photography
Fast turnaround (we test new creatives weekly)
Responsive communication
