About Us

At BeePersonal, we create unique, customizable gift products sold primarily on Amazon. Our range includes personalised mugs, plaques, coasters, tote bags, mousepads and other giftable products designed to bring smiles to customers.

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who also understands how to prepare designs for Amazon listings and personalised orders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining design, creativity, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities
Product Design

Create high-quality designs for customizable gift products including:

• Mugs
• Plaques
• Coasters
• Tote bags
• Mousepads
• Other personalised gift items

Designs should allow customer personalization such as:

• Names
• Skin tones
• Hairstyles
• Clothing options
• Accessories

Amazon Listing Creation

Assist in creating and completing Amazon listings by preparing:

• Product mockups
• Listing images
• Personalisation previews
• Infographics
• Simple A+ style graphics when needed

Custom Order Processing

When customers place personalised orders you will:

• Create the custom design based on customer details
• Prepare a print-ready file
• Ensure correct sizing and formatting
• Send the final file ready for printing

Accuracy and attention to detail is very important.

Trend & Product Research

You will also help:

• Research trending gift designs
• Suggest new product ideas
• Create seasonal designs (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.)
• Help expand our product range

Quality Control

Ensure all files are:

• High resolution
• Print ready
• Correct size and format
• Consistent with our brand style

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in:

• Graphic Design
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Typography Design

You should also have:

• A strong design portfolio
• Experience with personalised products (preferred)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good English communication skills
• Amazon listing experience
• Mockup creation
• Packaging design
• E-commerce product graphics

• Include space where a customer name can be added
• Style: Gift / sentimental design

Please also create a simple mockup of the mug showing how it would appear as a product listing image.
