We're Threesy, a young and fast-growing Amazon agency based in Vienna, Austria. We help companies of all sizes build lasting success on Amazon. You can find out more at ----------

This role is 100% remote. We work across time zones and our processes are built for it.

On Amazon, the images d ---------- whether a product sells. As our Graphic Designer, you create them — and you see what your work does for our clients in real numbers. You'll be working on German-market listings, but you don't need to speak German: our team writes and approves all copy, you bring the visual craft.

What you'll do

Amazon content: You design main images, image galleries, A+ Content and Brand Stores for our clients — from first concept to final asset.
Ad creatives: You produce the visuals for Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns.
AI as a tool: You work with the current AI tools (Claude Design, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly and others) to get more out of your time. You enjoy building the templates and workflows that save you manual work.
Volume without losing quality: From one approved concept, you build twenty clean variants. Consistency across a whole catalog is part of the job.
Test & learn: We run Amazon experiments. You'll see which variant won and carry that into the next projects.
Startup mindset: Some tasks come up during the day. You'll be involved flexibly and get to know different areas of the business.

What you should bring

Design experience: At least 2 years, ideally in e-commerce, advertising or packaging. Amazon experience is a plus, not a must.
Technical craft: You know which tools do the job best and you're fast in them.
Good English: Written and spoken. You need to understand briefings precisely and ask when something is unclear.
Comfortable with AI: You already work with AI image tools and have a real sense of where they hold up and where they don't.
Reasoning behind your choices: You can explain why a design works. Here it's about buying behavior, not taste.
Remote experience: You work independently, without anyone looking over your shoulder, and you communicate clearly and reliably.
Attention to detail: Product photos have to show the actual product. Typography in a language you don't speak means you check twice, not once.

100% remote, permanently: No office requirement. Work from wherever you work well.
Core hours 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Manila time (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Vienna). The rest of your day is yours to structure.

Budget for AI tools & training: We'll get you whatever you need to be the person on the team who knows these tools best.

Compensation
This is a project-based role. You can earn up to 1,200 USD per month, depending on your experience, your speed and the volume of work coming in.

To be upfront about it: the workload isn't identical every month. Busy months hit the upper end, quieter months will be less. If you need a fixed guaranteed monthly income, this role isn't the right fit — but if you're comfortable with project work and want a reliable long-term client who pays on time, we'd like to hear from you. We'll always tell you early what the coming weeks look like.
