JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-scaling DTC pet supplement brand running heavy ad volume on Meta. We need a full-time graphic designer who lives and breathes the health and supplement space and knows what's working right now in paid social.
What you'll do daily:

Design static ad creatives for Meta — product shots, comparison images, offer graphics, testimonial cards, before/after layouts, sale banners
Create product images and lifestyle mockups for new product pages — hero images, ingredient graphics, dosing charts, trust badges, benefit callouts
Design new PDP image sets for product launches — everything a customer sees when they land on the product page
Build BOF offer creatives — bundle graphics, price slash images, free bottle callouts, urgency-driven sale assets
Create native-feel ad images that stop the scroll — product-on-counter shots, handwritten note setups, comparison layouts that look real not designed
Design packaging mockups and label concepts for new SKUs
Stay tapped into what's working in the DTC supplement and health space — follow competitors, save winning ads, bring new ideas to the table without being asked

You must have:

Proven experience designing for DTC health, supplement, or wellness brands
A portfolio showing static ad creatives that have actually run on Meta — not just brand work or logo design
Strong understanding of what converts in paid social — you know why certain layouts stop the scroll and others don't
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and/or Canva Pro
Experience creating product page image sets for Shopify or similar platforms
Ability to create realistic product mockups and lifestyle composites
Eye for the native/UGC aesthetic — you can make something designed look undesigned when the brief calls for it
Fast turnaround — same day or next day on most assets
Bonus: experience with AI image tools like Midjourney or similar for generating base images and product composites

Your portfolio is logos, business cards, and brand guidelines
You've never designed an ad that ran on a paid platform
You don't follow DTC brands or know what's working in paid social right now
You need 3-5 days per asset
You've never worked in the health, supplement, pet, or wellness space
