Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Pinnacle Ai. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills across various mediums, including digital and print. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign. Candidates must have their own licensed access to these software applications. Pre-employment knowledge testing will be conducted to assess proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design:
• Create visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Develop original concepts and execute designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality visual content.
• Design and update templates for various marketing materials.
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Branding:
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity across all platforms and materials.
• Develop and design brand assets, including logos, icons, and style guides.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.
• Provide creative input and recommendations during project planning and brainstorming sessions.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

• Testing and Feedback:
• Participate in pre-employment knowledge testing to demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Own licensed access to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with web design tools and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
