JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a UK-based children’s sports coaching company. We work with primary schools and nurseries delivering PE sessions, wraparound care, holiday camps and experiences. We are growing quickly and need someone who can support us with consistent, high-quality design and simple video editing.

The Role:
We are looking for someone who can help with:

Graphic Design:
- Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Ad creatives (Meta / Google)
- Simple promotional graphics (camps, schools, offers)
- Internal graphics (announcements, team comms)

Video Editing:
- Short-form videos (Reels / TikTok style clips)
- Podcast clips (cutting, captions, basic effects)
- Clean, simple edits (nothing over complicated)

What We Are Looking For:
- Strong English and good communication
- Someone who follows instructions properly
- Clean, simple design style (not over-designed)
- Fast turnaround times
- Someone reliable and consistent
- Someone who wants long-term work
Important

Our brand is very specific:
- Clean and simple
- Purple is the main colour
- Not cluttered
- Professional but still fun and energetic
- We work with children (not “kids”)

You must be able to follow brand guidelines.

Working Hours:
Starting part-time (10-15 hour per week)
Opportunity to increase (highly likely)
